Custom Designed Print Collateral

All of our print media are custom designed, for every property, and printed on the highest quality materials from our print partners.  We work with professional graphic designers to create a consistent, modern, and polished style for all of our printed collateral including property brochures, flyers, signage, postcards, and signage for your lawn, neighborhood and open houses.

Open Houses

We don’t do boring.  We hold Mega Open Houses for our new listings the first weekend they hit the market, and it looks a little something like this:

Your listing goes live on a Thursday.  We heavily promote the listing and the open house the week leading up to going live.  We hold our open house on Saturday AND Sunday.  We’ll accept offers throughout the weekend, but let showing agents know that the seller will not be reviewing until the following Monday.  This helps us drive competition and the fear of losing out, which often times leads to multiple offer situations and higher sales price.

Digging for Gold

As a seller, you want your listing grabbing the eyeballs of as many people as possible.  We’ve developed and maintained a local network of over 5,000 agents that consistently do business in our area.  Our relationships with these agents means they’ll know about your listing before it even hits the MLS.
