Rising interest rates for residential real estate buyers have a way of trickling down into the rental market. Such is the case in the Katy and Fulshear rental markets. Even still, rising property taxes and skyrocketing insurance premiums are far outpacing annual rent increases. Average lease prices are up across the board, and most of our zip codes are seeing increased days on market as well.
